Nice and modern building!The design is clean and stylish, and it really stands out in the area. Located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood, it’s perfect for residential living. It’s also close to public transport, shops, and essential services, which makes it even more comfortable.

One of the best and cleanest building in sport city. I have lived two years and my kids are enjoyed unfortunately the owner decided to sell the apartment or re rent higher price for that reason we we moving away .The security Ali , tausif ali and cleaning team are very friendly but my owners real estate brokers are un professional and way below the standards. Just get right agent and move in highly recommended building.

Apartments are very small compared to other apartments in sports city,they have to imporve the cleaning of common areas. The cooridors of 15 th floor is smelling bad,dont know about other floors.From the top of the building u can get an beautiful view of victory Heights and IMPZ

Family building: the location is good, about a 15-minute drive to Dubai Mall. The bus station is located under the building, and the mosque is just a 2-minute walk away.

The buildings services are well provided, and it is very neat and calm. I got to know this building through Iftikhar from Homes 4 All Real Estate! He provided me the advice needed.

There is a problem with the AC system in this building. The cooking smell from other apartments comes to my unit. This is pretty annoying, especially when it happens during the night and you wake up because your apartment is full of fried garlic smell.Building maintenance team did not take any action unfortunately.
